What are you MANIFESTING in 2024?

Your NEW-YEAR check-in

It’s a new year – if you’re one of the many millions of people, you say that … new year, new me line – year after year. Go hard at whatever it is that you want to change for a few weeks and revert back to your good ol’ habits.

I will admit that establishing new habits can be challenging – let’s not kid ourselves. We have ideas of what needs to change, think the plan through in our heads but when it comes to the execution, we are paralyzed by idea of bringing ourselves to getting things done physically.

Granted, you’re not going to “feel” like it half the time – trust me, I know this way too well. But to make new habits stick and manifest the life you desire; you must be willing to be uncomfortable some of the time.

Yes, we are all humans, and we have those days that – we do not know who Will is nor where he gets the power from. We succumb to the feeling of comfort. Those days are inevitable and in my opinion part of the journey.

You have to be willing to take those days as they come, honor them for what they are, move on and get doing.

One of the ways I have found helpful to keep myself in check when it comes to establishing new habits is keeping a journal of the list of habits I’m trying to establish and why am I trying to establish those habits. I have found that for me personally, anything I do or choose to do has to have a purpose attached to it.  

Some of the questions you can ask yourself as you settle into your year when it comes to establishing new habits are:

1. WHY am I integrating these habits into my routine.

2. WHAT do I wish to accomplish by integrating these habits into my routine.

3. HOW do I start to integrate these habits into my routine.

By answering the questions above, on the days you choose comfort over discipline (yes, there is going to be those days), you are able to do a mental review of why you started in the first place, pull yourself back together and get back on track.

One of the tools I used to manifest my biggest shift in 2023 is sound-healing (I know right !!!). This alternative modality moved things around in my psyche that I didn’t even know existed. I was able to purge and leap forward into my big transformation to date.
